X-Nails

The first picture I created with ai to show them what I wanted, and the second picture is what I got. When I tell y’all, Eric exceeded my expectations, I can’t get over it. I didn’t expect it to be perfect, because I knew it would have been hand painted, but he did PERFECT 😍 ps my camera is cracked so I can’t get a great picture but they look AMAZING

When I was in there I was sitting next to this young girl getting her nails done they were so rude to her telling her “you are never happy, never pleased we can’t do anything for you.” Then proceeded to tell her she needed to move out the chair… this girl was just crying waiting on her friend to get finished because they were so mean to her. I felt really bad for her I wanted to hug her. I don’t even think I heard her say anything remotely mean, she just asked if they could do a design. I work in customer service and that is not how you treat people! The other time I was in there the new male tech separated my skin from my baby toes on both of my feet.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this salon and will not be returning. After waiting to be seated, I explained that I only needed two nails repaired because they had chipped from my S&S set. Despite this, the technician began removing polish from my entire hand, which was unnecessary. My hand was then placed in a bowl of alcohol for nearly 30 minutes. During this time, I was repeatedly told there was still product on my nails, even though it was clearly visible that my nails were completely clean and extremely dried out from being soaked for so long. The technician was frequently not at the station, which caused further delays. Throughout the visit, the staff—including what I believe was the manager wearing glasses—were very rude and dismissive. I went here back in October to have a manicure done for my sister’s wedding. I needed to keep my nails short because I’m a musician and was performing on her wedding day. I came in and they were extremely understaffed, so the wait was 2hrs, I decided to wait. This was understandable, however, when I told the woman what I wanted she proceeded to tell me that my idea would look “ugly”. I said “well they can’t look ugly I’m in a wedding in two days.” She then went on to prep my nails and cut almost every single one of my cuticles too short, to the point that they were pooling with blood when I left. IF YOU AREN'T A REGULAR, they will let you SIT WHILE TAKING THE FAMILIAR FACES. We arrived at 1:15 and sat patiently while new sign ins were sat and taken care of. I noticed after about 4 people were in before us, these folks were not signed in previously, nor did they have an appointment. Fast forward another hour. The chairs filled amd emptied 3x,I'm patient, I understand you have to wait with walkins. 70$ for acrylics, ok fine. But the disrespect, on my daughter's birthday none the less,left her feeling very unimportant.....We totally missed our 4:15 pm appointment. Go elsewhere bc I doubt they even care,unless you're a regular.
