X-Clusive Nails

I am genuinely saddened and deeply disappointed by the service I received here. I came in asking for a very simple French tip and was reassured it would be easy. Instead, I spent over two hours in the chair and left feeling upset rather than happy with my nails. During the service, the technician ran out of the pink color needed for a proper French tip, yet continued anyway. The result was extremely bumpy nails with overly thick tips. The shape was not refined at all — my nails were made so wide that they honestly ended up looking like teeth rather than natural or flattering. After just two days, I had to return because the nails were done so poorly. During both visits, my fingers were left bleeding, which was painful and concerning. My nails turned out absolutely wonderfully, the staff and tech were amazing, friendly and kind. I love them!

I have had three interactions with Xlcusive nails. The first are the pictures attached. I was scheduled with a new nail tech who must not have had any experience. I had to come back to have the nails removed at a different salon because they were so bad. Then, on two separate occasions, I scheduled appointments in advance for upcoming events (a wedding I was in and then had professional engagement pictures scheduled). Both times, they called me SAME DAY just a few hours before the appointment having to cancel for unspecified reasons, and claimed to not have any more availability for “several weeks” to be able to do a mani/pedi. I will never be “attempting” to even bother scheduling an appointment again.

Love it here! Katie is an artist-it's almost a shame to get a new set every other week because I love them so much! They offer everything from acrylics to structured gel to just a simple coat of polish. Absolutely make an appointment, they fill up FAST and give their clients their full attention for the time they paid for.

Abby was wonderful, but my structure gel nails popped off one week and 4 days in, I noticed they were lifting prior to that. I was told by Katie I should’ve called earlier and there’s nothing they can do even though they were to stay on for 3 weeks. Katie said they would have fixed it if it was 7 days in but they also don’t have a written policy on this either “every nail salon does this” I was told. Very upsetting, I really liked coming here. I won’t be back or recommend them anymore.
