Very welcoming atmosphere, but the results don’t match the prices. *Edit* Didn’t expect the start of my “journey” to result in me cutting my hair six weeks later. My hair was bound too tightly with a rubber band AND thread. So instead of a retwist or starting over with a new loctician, I have to cut my hair across the back. Over $200 wasted, and years of being natural ruined. I do not believe this is a reflection of this establishment as a whole, but that of someone who was careless with my hair and FAR TOO DISTRACTED WITH THEIR PHONE. Not only did my hair snap across the back from her “work”, but the areas where she ripped it out while rushing are very visible. I contacted the young lady who is responsible for this. She did not respond. She instead chose to block my number. Versus ackn

I would highly recommend Wrist Twist to all my family and friends 10/10 experience. The salon is a whole vibe from the moment you walk in the door til the time you leave. Everyone has great customer service skills and they always make sure they great everyone that walks through the door.

Samoyia have been my.stylish here for a while and I'm always amazed by her talent. The atmosphere is very laid back and friendly. Differently the place to go!!!
