Shanda gave me a horrible red color when I’ve clearly stated on numerous occasions I do not want red. She told me it looked great and sent me out the door! I’ve been made fun of by friends and family! Then when I repeatedly contacted her to correct it, she never had time for me at my convenience with me to resolve the problem she caused! I had to go on vacation with this mess, and now thru the holiday because she did not have time for me. Do not use this hair dresser!

My whole family goes and sees Katherine and let me tell you, she is awesome! She jokes around, has a great sense of humor, knows how to work well with kids hair cuts (loves to give the kids fun colors and cuts), does wonderfully with my husband's hair(and he has really thick hair and insane cowlicks) and beard, and has put up with my crazy demands from going white blonde to dark to blonde and then perming even with my thin damages hair! She knows how to get you where you want your hair to be, just trust the process!

Went with a family member for a toddler's 1st haircut. I want to give Oscar Gaitan a special thank you for an outstanding job. Overall experience was exceptional. 10/10 would recommend. Will be back.

Katherine Aldredge was awesome ! Very personable , asked questions and made sure she gave me what I wanted . I will definitely be using her from now on !

As Always, Shanda did great! Made a Brush Goat look like a man.
