This was literally the worst nail service I've ever recieved on this planet. No exaggeration. The team was fairly nice, but my nails looked absolutely terrible. Johny was my nail tech. He worked on my nails for like an hour+ and they looked awful. They are bulging, not filled to the cuticle, my cuticle looks crappy, and they were crooked and multiple lengths! I mean seriously, it's like he did not try at all. My nails look weeks old, immediately after leaving. I called to let the owner know, and she was dismissive and acted as if I was in the wrong. She had a "Okay... and?" type of attitude. I didn't have time to go back, and now it's Christmas. $70 down the drain. I will never go back here and genuinely don't think anyone else should. I visited Wow Woodlyn Nails Salon for a refill on 07/29/2024. While the staff was somewhat courteous and the salon had a pleasant atmosphere, I was disappointed with the quality of the service. The polish was applied unevenly, and the edges were left sharp, indicating that they were not filed properly. Don’t we visit salons expecting a professional finish that we can't achieve at home? I hope the salon improves its attention to detail in the future. Unfortunately, I may not return, but I hope others have a better experience."

Worst experience ever !! Idk the guys name that did my nails but he worked entirely too fast, my hand was propped on a crayon box… my nails are literally hurting so bad right now. I chose 3 different colors & was told they didn’t have them. These nails are supposed to be coffin shape.. there’s literally no shape on any of these nails. It was my first time here & it will be my last. I took these off the second I got home because I could cry!

Rant Review: I think I’ve had enough of this place. Attitude & terrible art. First when you call to make an appointment they tell you to come in with an attitude/condescending tone (the receptionist) and if you don’t make an appointment you’re sitting there for over an hour before you’re seen & get the “well you should’ve made an appointment” message even though walk ins are welcomed according to their sign. It just makes you feel discouraged to even wanna come back or wait to be assisted. When they do your nails it’s half assed prep (rushed) and excess acrylic under your nails; cuticles are shredded & they don’t file it down enough that I almost scraped my eye out trying to rub it. I only gave it 2 stars cause the eyebrow ladies are usually nicer than the nail techs. They have a reception

I have been coming to Wow since I was a teenager. I have rarely ever had a bad experience with them and when I did they were always willing to rectify it. Apparently they are under new management and their prices have changed. A nail design that I normally get cost me almost 30 dollars more than normal. Apparently I was charged for xtra length when I literally got them medium length. I was also charged 18$ for a design that is normally 10$. After speaking with the supervisor and letting her know that I always come here, she had no sympathy and pointed to a sign up front that the prices were on. I told her that it’s professional to let your customers know if prices have changed prior to services or at least during the services. I will not be coming back. The nail salon in Eddystone shopping
