WOW Brows Threading and Beauty Studios Greenbrier Mall

STOP DONT go there. I got today my eyebrows there and the Chinese old lady make them. I felt pretty confident at the begging bc I thought well she is old she has experience. But NO. Zero experience she rushed out with me, she was done in 5min. My birthday is soon and she almost leave me with no eyebrows. Plesse dont go there. You cant not ask for a refund in your eyebrows, specially when you have a big celebration soon.

Li is awesome she always takes her time with me and does an excellent job. I live 45 minutes away and I travel there just for her to do my threading and eyebrow tinting.

Shova is my go to! She always does a wonderful job, is kind and thoughtful. If she isn’t working the day that I go in, Li has done a great job as well,

Update: After receiving a voucher from the owner for the horrible experience I had, I went to Wow brows for the second time and my experience was completely different. I love love my eyebrows (see picture)! Cindy (completely different person that did my eyebrows the first time) was very patient and took her time and made sure my eyebrows looked cleaned and even. She did not rush and was very polite and courteous. I will definitely be going back but only have her do my eyebrows. Even though my first time was a bad experience, I appreciate the owner caring about his customers and his business and attempting to rectify the mistake his employee made. Because of that and because my experience was way better the second time, I am changing my rating. Thank you Cindy for making my experience bet
