I didn’t know this beauty supply store was here. It’s very big, and very well stocked and has a wide variety of products. I found exactly what I was looking for within five minutes. The lady at the cash register was very helpful. I will definitely be back

I've never had a problem .The girls were always nice to me and my hair I purchased was always at a good price. The owner is a little rude yes and is on the phone most of the time. But I never talked to her( because of the rudeness). But she would smile and just nod. Maybe because I spent a lot of money there.. And the girls usually react to how you treat them. So if you come in with a shitty attitude that's what you're gonna get back. Que no?

Not the best experience and also over charged! I usually go to the Reseda location and decided to go to theirs Panorama location. She charged me $50.00 for the Mizani Butter Blend Relaxer kit which is retailed between $20-$30. This is a small container and asked why is this over priced, she advised this is a premium brand. Also nothin in the store is priced which is misleading to customers. I will not be back

They have what I need but I have had similar experiences like the other reviewers. There aren’t prices on items and they don’t give you a proper receipt of what you bought. Most of the time it is just a receipt with your total on it. When I have gotten a normal receipt it has added items on it that I did not purchase. At first I thought it might have been an accident but it has happened multiple times or the total is way higher than what it should have been. I go there 2/3 times a year if I’m in a hurry and not able to purchase from Amazon or other beauty supplies. If I do need to go there I will start purchasing everything separately so I can keep track of what’s happening. It’s sad and disappointing what people will do for extra money. Hopefully, they will adjust and realize they are in

After reading some of the other reviews, it seems to be a common problem. Not all the products are priced. There is no screen to see your itemized charges when checking out. My mom and I spent over $250 together, only to have to ask what the prices were on most of the things we bought. When I asked for my total the cashier said I could take a pic with my phone, huh? They really can just charge whatever. This just seems shady and it doesn't build trust with your customers. I would recommend going somewhere with more transparent prices and a more professional check -out process. I won't be back.
