I went in to purchase Edge control, I requested the small container of 4oz. I also purchased other products, and asked for my receipt, and went home, once there my daughter showed me the same product in which she only paid $9.99 for the 4oz Edge Control in the same store. When I called back and asked for the store manager, the young lady on the phone would not give me the manager's name, but said she was in the store today. After speaking with the store manager to explain I was overcharged $16.99 for a 4oz edge control, and when my daughter purchased it just last month it was only $9.99, she argued that it's in the computer $16.99, I said yes, I know, but there seems to be a computer error. She disagreed and said there was nothing she could do, she was just the store manager, not the ow

Lots of different options to choose from when it comes to hair and the customer service was awesome

A very knowledgeable staff. All women. (I enjoyed that) The atmosphere was the "I'm getting ready to get off work , so hurry up" kind. None were disrespectful but imagine being in their shoes: 5 minutes till closing, I have one hundred and fifteen questions andi can't find what I'm looking for. For being annoyed they did very well. I loved this place. The owner is so friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me pick the right products. I will definitely go back.
