WOW! Beauty bar

I hesitated to write this review because I genuinely appreciate Wow Beauty Bar. The atmosphere is fantastic, and Anna and Edgar are kind, professional owners. They made efforts to resolve my issues, which is why I can't give them just one star. However, I'm concerned that what happened to me could happen to others. On May 8th, I visited for a hair extension installation, trying a test run for my wedding. I have short hair and wanted longer hair for the occasion. During my consultation, Anna assessed my unique burgundy color and said she would special order the matching extensions. Before my appointment, Anna sent photos of the hair, which looked nice, but I expressed that the color didn’t match mine. She assured me it would blend well. Trusting her expertise, I went ahead. I saw Edgar for hair extensions and he did a fantastic job. The hair is a perfect match, the extensions are undetectable and really beautiful. He was an engaging conversationalist, friendly and nice. The salon was clean and had a fun atmosphere. I was offered coffee & water numerous times and felt very welcome & comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Best extensions ever!!! Edgar did my 4 month touch up and did such a good job. I’ve tried every extension method and have been using extensions for the past 5 years and these are the best extensions I’ve ever had. WOW Beauty Bar has the best quality hair and their customer service is just as good. Edgar is a great conversationalist and took his time to make sure I got what I needed. I ended up messaging them about 2 days after my touch up asking if I could get just a little more length added to the bottom of my head and they were more than willing to accommodate me so that I got the results I wanted. If you have been looking to get extensions then you have found the right place.

Before trying this method “Ice InvisiFusion” hair extensions, I have tried all kinds of methods and this one is the BEST, feels and looks just like your own hair, capsules are literally invisible, and painless to take care. Anya does really good job, professional at this. (Be aware when google searching will pull up wrong method "ice fusion”)

I had a pedicure appointment with Andrey, and the communication was quite poor. I'm not typically one to leave negative reviews, but after reaching out multiple times without a response, I felt it was important to share my experience. The first pedicure was decent, but for the second, I only wanted a gel removal and a regular cleaning. Instead, I was charged $70, and when I got home, I realized I only received the gel removal and excessively filed nails. I sent him photos and kindly asked for an explanation of the charges, but he has ignored my messages.
