The staff is professional, friendly, and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment for clients of all ages. The salon is clean, well-run, and the technicians clearly take pride in their work. They listen carefully, offer helpful suggestions when asked, and make sure each service is done with care and attention to detail. Went here for the first time and Violet did my manicure and Kevin did my pedicure. Violet was great! Made my short stumpy nails look adorable and Kevin gave me the best massage I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I will definitely be back! So happy to have found a gem of a salon so close to home!

I recently visited World Nails in Denton, Maryland, and unfortunately, my experience there was deeply disappointing and upsetting. From the moment I walked in, I immediately noticed a difference in how I was treated compared to the other customers in the salon. It was hard not to feel that the treatment I received was influenced by racism — every staff member except one made me feel unwelcome and disregarded.While the other (Caucasian) women in the salon were greeted warmly, attended to promptly, and engaged in friendly conversation, I was largely ignored. It took about 20 minutes before anyone even started soaking my feet, even though others who arrived after me were helped right away. This is a very relaxing, calm and personal place to get your nails and pedicures done. The employees are very attentive, respectful, and professional. After the first 2-3 visits, they are have become my friends. I have not had any problems here at all! Nail come out perfect, pedicure feels wonderful, the place is clean and waxing service is great as well. I recommend 100%

Great experience, Mary fit me in last min at the end of the day and I showed her a picture to reference what I wanted and she did ten times better! Loved every minute
