Let's face it - sometimes 'working from home' is more 'home' and less 'working'. As a telecommuter and freelancer - I needed that energy and activity you find in an office, but with the flexibility afforded by a co-working space. Enter - Workuity. It's just a hopskip away from my home and so close to all of those wonderful eateries in the Biltmore. I love the hustle and bustle that's always happening in the public areas - as well as the connections I've made with marketers, business people, and entrepreneurs. The staff is so friendly. First, the best thing about Workuity it's Biltmore location on multiple levels - lots of new professional traffic, open and welcoming public meeting areas, and other Biltmore proximity benefits. This place is the perfect hybrid of "hip co-working" space and professional private office. I've frequented many of the central PHX co-working spaces and this one, for me, just works on so many levels. Highly suggest individuals or small/remote teams look into this; even if it's just for using the meeting space. Too many great amenities to mention, if you want to get seriously focused on your business in a great environment Workuity's was made for you.

We have used the Biltmore location a few times and plan to use it again when needed. The location is perfect, the staff are very helpful and the facilities have everything you could need to conduct business meetings. The only one downside is that free parking is extremely limited. There is underground garage parking that costs approximately $30/day.
