I was initially drawn to this coworking space due its aesthetics and appeal. However, my overall experience as a paying customer was disappointing. The coworking space lacked organization and seemed to prioritize event planning over the needs of its coworking clientele. Despite multiple requests throughout my lease, the issues I raised were never addressed. Additionally, I never received the return of my deposit. Despite being assured it was being processed, I had to chase the community manager for months, only to be met with excuses about system issues. Ultimately, I never received my refund or any formal exit documentation.
