I choose to come to this local lumber store due the respectful service by staff. Dennis helped me choose best tubing to fix a broken line. He was interested in my situation, was able to make a suggestion on the tubing and how best to accomplish the task. Personalized excellent service! Thank you.

I tried to buy supplies for the farm and when I presented the digital copy of my Ag Registration number I was told that I had to have a paper copy. I offered to email a copy of it so that they could print it but was told that only a paper copy would do. This is the only time that my digital copy has not been accepted....anywhere. Wierd! I paid the tax and moved on. Update: After leaving a 1 star review I was contacted by management. A store manager reached out by phone and assured me that they would retrain their staff on the proper way to handle this. I am confident that they will follow through and I will continue to do business there as I have for the last 42 years.

Usually does not carry what I'm needing. Ok for very basic items. Screws, lumber, etc but nothing else really.

I have a large project to do for my father the is 100% service related disabled. The total cost for materials at Home Depot was over 1200 including a veteran discount of $7.58….yes, 7.58. Called Woodson and they sold me everything I needed for under 1000.00 and gave me a 10% veteran discount on all of it. I didn’t tell them the pricing from Home Depot. Just shows you that your local lumber yard is better than any corporate business!! Keep it local and support your neighbors!!

Most of the help are not nice, and don't say thank you or can I help you. They charge high prices and give little service. A couple of the older folks and one female are nice enough to keep repeating business for now.
