Woodhouse Spa - Rogers

I enjoyed my time at Woodhouse Spa. The Calming Retreat massage was pleasant and effective. Their products are high quality. The space is very aesthetic and chic. The salt room provides an instant feeling of calm. Their holiday shop event was a great opportunity to walk around open-house-style and speak with members of their team. Scheduling services definitely needs some improvement. My treatment was rescheduled without my permission and I experienced not great customer service when attempting to reschedule. I ultimately decided to leave my appointment at the time it had been changed to and had to adjust the rest of my day accordingly. I have future services booked and hope everything will proceed better than my last experience. There are no pools or other amenities that you would typical

I did not have the best experience initially here but the general manager reached out to me and was very genuine in apologizing and wanting to make it better. They went above and beyond with lunch and a VIP room before my microchanneling and really turned an initial not so great experience into a very positive relaxing one. Because of their incredible customer service, I would definitely come back for more treatments in the future. I will also say all the people that work there are very nice. The girl who did my facial was very kind, as well as the girl who did my massage. Thank you for making my experience 10 out of 10 this time.

Top notch pampering, relaxation, and customer service at The Woodhouse. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with a 50 minute couples massage. We were able to relax and enjoy some much needed down time. Can’t wait to go back!

Celebrated my birthday with Woodhouse and had an AMAZING experience. I booked the WH Signature Calming Retreat and it was worth it. The staff were super welcoming and Lexi did an incredible job during my service. I cannot wait to go back!

My husband and I enjoyed our first visit to Woodhouse Spa for our anniversary. We had a wonderful time. We both chose a 50 min Swedish body massage and then enjoyed visiting about our next year together over mimosas in the beautiful and comfortable lounge following our massages. Will definitely be back soon to try out another service!
