I cannot say enough about my massage today from Ebonie. This was my second session with her and while the first one was great, this session was outstanding exceeding all my expectations! Not only did she exude a professional aura. She was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I am thoroughly impressed and will be booking again soon! Ebonie is a valuable asset to the Woodhouse community and brand. I highly recommend her!

I had an 80-minute Swedish massage and it was incredible. From the moment you walk in, you’re warmly greeted and escorted to your locker, which makes the experience feel welcoming and seamless. Before the service, you relax in a peaceful waiting room with a complimentary drink, which really sets the tone. The massage itself was amazing and left me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a truly relaxing spa experience!

I had a 60-minute deep tissue massage. My masseuse was kind, professional, and thorough. I expected her to only focus on my tense areas, but she covered each area of my body. It felt great! There is a quiet relaxation room while you wait for your massage. The ambiance is nice, and they provide light snacks and refreshments. The spa was very clean, and staff was very hospitable. I will be back!

What a wonderful experience!! Everything was perfect from the minute I walked in! Everyone was very friendly and the facility was extremely clean. This was my first time at this location and I will definitely be returning. My massage from Jasmine was so relaxing I didnt want you to leave and Brenda did a perfect job with mu pedicure!! This was a Mothers Day gift from my son & fiancé, I hope I get more of these!!

Had such an amazing experience at Woodhouse in Rocky River. Jessica is by far THE best masseuse I’ve ever had for a Deep Tissue. I also had a HydroGlacial facial with Mimi and again, hands down the best facial I’ve had. Atmosphere was so calm, quiet and relaxing. Would recommend to absolutely everyone who wants a top tier experience and a day (or a couple hours) to escape.
