Woodhouse Spa - Grandview

This is not my first visit, and even though this experience was not the best, will still probably not be my last.. during my massage I kept hearing people talk and laugh so the room location is horrible. I could not really relax.. not sure if my masseuse was new but I had to keep asking for firmer pressure. When I checked in, no one asked if I was celebrating any special occasion. But once I saw other people get a treat bag, I made a comment that I was also here to celebrate my 30th birthday and they gave me one,. the employees seemed to be tired not very enthusiastic or personable…. Overall barely relaxed, but not pleased with the service today, unfortunately still had to pay full price for this

I purchased a $250 gift card for my wife to receive a hydrating facial at the Grandview Woodhouse Spa as a special treat, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. During the facial, the steam machine was not working. Steam is typically a key component of a hydrating facial, both for comfort and for preparing the skin, so this was a significant part of the experience to be missing. Instead, an LED light therapy treatment was used. My wife did not request or pay for LED therapy — she specifically chose a hydrating facial that normally includes steam. She also shared that extractions were performed at the end without the skin being softened with steam, which made the process uncomfortable. The red LED treatment was done before the extractions, which did not provide the same

The staff there made me feel so special!! Everyone there made my experience amazing! I got a pedicure with hot stones by Gary and he did an amazing job! He was very professional and made my day with his kind smile. This Woodhouse spa was so clean and relaxing. The location and parking was great! I love love love Woodhouse spa in Grand View and their accommodating staff! It was a perfect Valentine’s Day.

I recently had a Hydrafacial and a 50-minute deep tissue massage at your spa. The Hydrafacial was fine. However, I was disappointed with the deep tissue massage. At the beginning of the appointment, I was asked about areas of concern, and I specifically requested focused work on my shoulders and upper back. Unfortunately, only about 15 minutes of the session were spent on that area. The remainder of the massage felt more like a light lotion application rather than deep tissue work. I booked and paid for a deep tissue massage with the expectation of more targeted and sustained pressure in the areas I mentioned. This was my first time using Woodhouse Spa and it will be my only time. For something that cost over $400 it was truly a complete letdown!!

I’ve been to Woodhouse Spa before and specifically picked it to celebrate with my husband on our honeymoon. I chose Woodhouse because of the standard of it being so excellent and the amenities that come with the experience at every location I’ve ever been at. Well, this location is much different. The shampoo and conditioner in the showers felt cheap and made my hair feel like straw- the blowdrier was a cheap version probably from Walmart or something and there are only 2 showers. At any other location I’ve been at they have top of the line products, including Dyson hair driers and Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. I also arrived at 11:20 for our 12pm appointment. We were not taken back until closer to 1pm. They offered us a complimentary add on service of the salt room, which seemed nice b
