Bre my medical esthetician did another anti aging booster facial with eye perk and neck treatment. She is by far the best esthetician I have ever had. She has a magic touch and the treatment lasts til next time I get a facial ; ie 6 weeks. I would highly recommend Bre. Also Dr Babor and SkinCeutical products used there and at home are indeed showing fantastic results. I am super pleased. Go Bre!!!

Booked a “Firm and renew” facial. When I got there, they handed me a form to fill out asking about massage history and preferences. When I stated I wasn’t getting a massage, they insisted not once, but twice that I was. I finally had to get a little firm and insist that I knew what I booked. When I got into the private room, I was immediately confronted with them trying to upsell my choice. I was told that for my $200 facial, I would see “minimal results” and if I wanted to see better results, I should get the $300 facial. I passed. I felt they were dismissive and the facial was minimal. After the facial, I wanted to restyle my hair because it’s normal that your hair gets pulled back. I asked for a hair drier, and was told that they didn’t have any yet there was a shower stall in the locke

Very welcoming staff. The locker room, and lounge were clean and comfortable. Water, tea, and snacks provided. My service was the Signature Holistic Body Detox. It started with a dry brush all over, then a mineral scrub, followed by a mud mask and getting wrapped in a mylar sheet. Teresa made the experience relaxing, and rejuvenating taking care to adjust pressure, or room and water temperature. Yes (water), the finishing touch of the Vichy Shower really took this treatment over the top. Loved it all! I will definitely go back for this body treatment again.

The massage I received was great. What was strange is that this is an expensive establishment ($80+tip for a 25 minute massage) and upscale place.. but when I visited, the staff allowed anyone to sit in the “meditation quiet room.” There was a gentleman sitting there for at least an hour (was there when I arrived and was still there after my massage), not wearing a robe/in normal street clothes, on the phone speaking to his buddy on speakerphone when there are signs saying no phones. No one working seemed bothered by it. But it took away from the “relaxing atmosphere” of a spa. If you charge top dollar, you should get top service.

Just the right amount of fancy at this spa. Great for a special treat or gift. Staff is friendly. Good place to relax and spend time with friends. Only criticism is the retail area. Too much stuff on display, it's ironically overwhelming for a place of calm. But they are all great gift ideas!
