Wonder Nails

I hadn’t been in for a while, but I recently walked in for a gel manicure for myself and my daughter—and I’m so glad we did! Even as a walk-in, they took us in quickly with no hassle. The staff took their time with the both of us made sure everything was perfect.The salon was clean, calm, and welcoming. We both love how our nails turned out and felt really well taken care of. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality service and a relaxing experience. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wonder Nails, particularly with Timmy's behavior. As a loyal customer of almost a decade, I was shocked by his disrespect when I called to report issues with my nail polish bubbling and peeling just a day after application. Instead of listening and apologizing, Timmy yelled at me and told me to wait until the end of his shift to fix it. This ruined my plans for a relaxing Friday afternoon after a long workweek. What's more, the salon's cleanliness has declined significantly, with flies present during my visit. Timmy's lack of basic respect and professionalism has led me to decide that this will be my last appointment at Wonder Nails. It's unfortunate to see a once-trusted establishment deteriorate in quality and customer service.

I never recommend this place to nobody.. because the using chip and old manicure and after 3 days your gel manicure is gone and when you go there for complaining, they ignore the problem of you taking. Some of them workers there do not have an experience, they not speaking English and also, don’t have education. This happened to me for 5 days my gel manicure was done and the repair my nails one time for free after 2 days I had a same problem again with gel manicure and I went there again and when I talk to the guy in the front desk, he said we don’t like to have you anymore for costumer here with all attitude. Disgusting place.

I will say i have gone here 2 times. I am so amazed at the work that the nail tech did. I have been doing nails for about 40 years. I thought id never get my nails done. There is a guy Timmy that does amazing work. I would hughly recommend him but he may be too busy. However i did check out the other techs. Again i am amazed. Friendly and professional.

Love that they still do acrylic , and pink and whites, thick and square!!! I’ve been getting my nails done the same way since the 90’s here and they never disappoint!
