I believe they got old tech and skills. They only rely on the regular reservation-based customers , and they don't care new-comers or non-regulars in my opinion. Here are my satisfaction in each field. Skills : 1 star Customer Service : ZERO star Price : 3 star Location : 2 star Trust me!!! If you see the business has under 3.5 rated, there MUST be reasons to avoid I believe. Good luck~

I’ve been the regular customer of this place for 10 yrs by now. My hubby; back then fiancé; introduced me this place. Now I’m bring my mom with me every time. This is our family’s ongoing beauty shop. Mrs. Won, the owner, knows what the real beauty is so how to job done!!! She always make me so pretty and satisfied; she understands what I want and surprisingly show me the better job than I expected. I can’t wait to see her until next appointment which is coming next week ^^ Thanx Mrs. Won!!!

I have been doing my hair here for over 10 years now. The owner is so friendly, professional and welcoming. I have tried different hair styles over the time and It came so beautiful. I do both cuts, and color. I would never going anywhere else.

Does she even how how to book an appointment ? After waiting 1 hour from my appointment time, I asked her how long is the wait, she responded another 20mins. You must be kidding me! From the moment I arrived, she has the attitude, seems like she doesn't want to take the business. There were literally few people were waiting. I also noticed that she has really weird attitude. I didn't want to waste my time, so I decided to leave. She didn't even apologized!

여기 주인 원장 정말 최악입니다. 제머리 망쳐서 다시 갔더니 1시간 걸릴머리를 5시간에 걸쳐 일부러 장난질 하더군요. 뒤에서 킥킥 거리며 .... 머리가 엉망이니 안해줄순 없고 억지로 해주면서 일부러 그러더라구요. 머리 중간에 나올순 없는 상황이라 정말 열 받았읍니다. 절대 비추천합니다.
