My massage with Erin was wonderful!! She helped me with some low back pain and hip aces and pains, plus everything about the massage was relaxing. She is a kind and calm presence, and a very skilled massage therapist. Strongly recommend Erin for your massage needs!

Just did a yoga class with Erin for the first time & I highly recommend it. On the fly, she was able to tailor the practice to the liver & lymphatic support I needed. I arrived with a headache & feeling a little blah due to keto flu, and I felt much better after the class. Slept well too. And I loved the way she ended the practice with a little myofascial work on my neck & shoulders.

I cannot recommend Erin highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. She took the time to listen to what I needed and tailored the session perfectly to address my tension points. The pressure was spot-on, and I walked out feeling completely refreshed and pain-free. You can tell Erin truly cares about her clients and has an exceptional understanding of the body. Easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Erin is my go to massage therapist. She always knows exactly what my body needs, and has incredible awareness and knowledge around how the energy in the body moves. Her approach is soothing and nurturing and I always leave feeling cared for. I am currently pregnant and have learned so much from Erin about how I can manage and find relief in the changes that are happening to my body. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!
