Wolverine Meadows Apartments

Very nice units, but no sound insulation from active neighbors. Pros: Extremely fast and helpful management responses. In-unit W/D. Electric bill is cheap. Building itself and units are visually pleasing. Relatively spacious units (written from a 1BR/1BA). Kitchen Appliances are modern and work great. Neighborhood is simple and being close to town is a plus. Con: The main unit door offers very limited noise reduction. Sound from neighbors having conversations at normal speaking volumes in their own living rooms (with their doors closed too) will carry into my living room via the hallway, as the unit doors do a poor job blocking sounds. Loud tenants on both sides of my unit lead to regular noise intruding into the unit. Unfortunately, I don't know if a fix for this is possible given it wo

Very easily the best renting experience I've had. Management is superb and the floor plans are excellent. I'd highly recommend for anyone moving to the area.

The apartments are beautiful, but the rent is too high for out here in the boonies
