WNY Massage Roots

I never had a professional mass before so this was a new experience. I work in manual labor and the last month has been especially difficult mainly due to working 7 days a week for the last three weeks. Without having any days off to decompress and relax, I needed some way to get some sort of relief from my demanding job. Alex was wonderful. After a few questions about areas of discomfort she got to work. It was a tremendously thorough experience. The next day (today) at work, I felt completely rejuvenated.

Alexandria is a fantastic massage therapist! She has a very relaxing demeanor. Due to the nature of my job I have chronic sciatic issues. Alexandria is able to alleviate that pain!

Just had a lovely massage at grateful forest. Alexandria was very helpful at relieving some of the tension I’ve been experiencing and her studio was very nice. Very glad to have found this great place in my neighborhood, will be back soon!

Alex is fantastic! For being tiny, she sure has some amazing hands! Thinking I may have to make this a monthly appointment!
