I went in to get my hair done on December 23rd, my first mistake. I asked for blonde highlights which I already had I just asked to get my roots done and to make them slightly blonder. When the foils came of I was not happy. The money pieces occupied almost 1/4 of my head, I did not ask for that so asked the stylist to change this. While she did do this and made the money piece smaller she toned my hair ORANGE. I didn’t realize this until I got home. Thankfully, the head stylist offered for me to come back so she could fix my hair. Unfortunately she toned my hair from orange to a very dark brown (my hair is light brown and it looked like I was wearing a black headband) she tried to convince me it blended and then proceeded to cut my hair without permission. I’ve been going to this salon and specifically Emily for about 3-4 years now! The atmosphere, customer service, and overall experience is amazing! Grace is the sweetest person ever! Claudia and Emily are amazing! Emily takes the time to understand what I want for my hair, ask great in depth questions to make sure she is spot on! Every picture and explanation she gets to the tee! I am absolutely obsessed with my hair color done by Emily! The tone is rich, shiny, and perfectly blended! Exactly what I was hoping for (and more). She truly listens, pays attention to detail, and knows how to create a color that looks healthy and natural while still feeling elevated and fresh. My hair feels amazing, and I’ve received so many compliments already. Emily is incredibly talented, professional, and so sweet! Hands down one of the best color experiences I’ve had. I can’t recommend her enough!

I went in for a wash and trim with Claudia and had such a great experience. The salon was very clean and welcoming, and Claudia was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me a Detox Scalp Treatment, and my hair has honestly never looked or felt this clean. I have a lot of breakage from past experiences at other salons, and Claudia took the time to really explain what was causing it and how I can start fixing it. I left feeling informed, comfortable, and so happy with my hair. I would definitely recommend her and will be returning!

I’ve gotten my hair done there so many times before! I love going to Claudia she is a great person and a great stylist! Today I went into to get some color on the underside of my hair! Claudia has also done my blonde! The atmosphere of the salon is so upbeat and warm! Would so recommend!
