I’ve been to many nail salons, but Ginnie is truly one of a kind. She pays so much attention to detail, listens to exactly what I want, and always makes sure the shape and design are perfect before finishing. My nails last so long and still look fresh weeks later. The BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly, talented, and knowledgeable. Their facility is clean and welcoming. Ginnie is my absolute favorite and she gives me a fantastic experience each month!

I came here based on a recommendation and decided to start with a hygienic manicure. The manicure was cuticle-cutting (not electric/mechanical), the towel was not disposable, and the technician worked without gloves — which makes me uncomfortable and raises doubts about whether the tools were properly sterilized. The technician didn’t shape the nails evenly but instead filed down the top surface of the nail. The result is shown in the photo. Maybe I was just unlucky with the technician, but I don’t want to test it a second time.

I go to this salon every now and again and wondered why I don't go more often, following one of my more recent visits. Following my post with the horrible customer service and experience having my nails done prior, coming to WinWin nails was like a breath of fresh air. The ambience here is always so relaxing and the staff is very attentive to the needs of the customers, and provide excellent customer service every time. I got a takeoff from the previous nails (which they were very patient with removing), and a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was very therapeutic, and the technician gave an excellent mini leg & foot massage. The manicure was also soothing, and I received a mini arm & hand massage as well.
