She asked for a Christmas-themed design, and the nail tech absolutely knocked it out of the park. The detail was unreal! They added a tiny square gem with a perfectly drawn bow above it, and the whole set came out beautiful and eye-catching. The skill, precision, and creativity at Winter Springs Nails are next-level. Laura’s already planning to come back, and after seeing her nails, I completely understand why. If you’re due for a seasonal refresh or want nails that stand out in the best way possible, stop by this salon and treat yourself. You won’t be disappointed. I went in with my natural nails wanting them to just be trimmed and a new color. This was was my first time coming here and wasn’t told pricing tell the end when I asked her to break down the costs she told me Crome was $15 extra and the shape of my nails where already pre shaped she said sorry I didn't tell you before hand mmm and some how my total came out to $118 I won’t be back.

I usually come here for an eyebrow wax, pretty regularly for about a year now. Unfortunately, they tend to be a bit rude but they do an okay job. There is also no other salon near me so I’ve just put up with it. Today I went in for an eyebrow wax, and they were again, rude but also just so rough with my skin and face. Not only that, my eyebrows didn’t look cleaned up at all. They were unsymmetrical, just such a bad job. I don’t understand why they need to treat people so poorly when they’re paying for a service. Never in my life have I been treated so roughly by an establishment. Do not recommend for anyone.

I’ve been coming to Winter Springs Nail Salon for a few years now, and I can confidently say they are the best around! They always accommodate me, no matter how busy they are, and make sure I absolutely love my nails before I leave. I’ve tried almost all the nail techs here and every single one of them is friendly, professional, and takes so much pride in their work. The salon is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. They even know their clients by name, which makes it feel so personal. I’m honestly shocked to see any poor reviews because this place stays consistently busy for good reason. The seating is super comfortable, and I love the funny videos they play on the screens while you’re being pampered. My go-to services are their peppermint pedicure with gel and a dip powder manicure.
