Diana is very good. she always does a good job on my hair. She listens to how I would like it fixed. Very friendly like her and the other lady's a lot. 0 Being bad & 10 the best. I'd say they are an 11.
I have been growing my hair to donate to Wigs for Kids for 3 years and have started looking for a place to cut my hair to send off. When I called Winnie's, I received a gruff greeting. I asked if they accommodated donation cuts, she snapped "Not right now" and hung up the phone. I was not looking for a free or discounted cut. I just wanted to make sure this was something they have or could handle. The response I received was unnecessarily disrespectful for any time, but even more so knowing that the call was regarding a charitable contribution. I will not set foot in this business.
Was fast, fun, friendly, and convenient service. Best perm I've ever gotten. Didn't hurt rolling it or removing the rods. And PERFECT curle.
I've been going to Winnie's Beauty shop for years...I have Pam as my stylist but they're all very good.
