Customer hungry. Yes the ladies who cut hair are nice, but we have been here for an hour for a supposed hair cut appointment. The place is packed. Normally I don’t care, but the phone is ringing and the main hair cut lady is still taking appointments literally 30 minutes from now. I feel like that’s a little unethical and not considerate of people’s time. Like if you know they will wait one hour or so, should you not schedule them As appropriate?

Had a cut here today. Ithink miss winnie was the one who cut my hair. Omg she is pretty good! And the price is pretty good too.! Ill be going back!

Update- New Hairstyle, September 2025 Thanks to Winnie, I am very pleased with my new style cut, easy to maintain and care. I had waist length, thick hair that was too heavy and difficult to fix daily. I asked Winnie to chop off to very short but she suggested Layer Cut”… and here’s results(see pic). Her Assistant Chan offered to do my Style Cut, and by instinct I agreed. Chan took her time and asked questions, she also suggested before doing any cuts. Hands down, this was one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve ever had. I went in with clear instructions and a reference photo, yet the stylist completely ignored both. The haircut I received was nowhere close to what I asked for. It felt like they were in a hurry and couldn’t care less about the result. The cut was uneven, messy, and nothing like what I asked for. It honestly looks like someone practiced on my hair for the first time. I regret going there, and it’s going to take a long time to fix this mess. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about how they look. Save yourself the regret and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers

Winnie is great, she is patient and takes her time doing a haircut. She did a wonderful job and I will go back again.she also cut my son's hair right before school pictures and I was able to get an appointment the same day.
