OK I looked at the reviews and saw that sassy Mike had the best positive reviews. So I took a chance. My hair i thought was helpless . Went in saw Mike and within two hours I felt like a miracle had happened. My hair is perfect. Thank you to the best ever Thanks Sassy Mike

Horrible with hair color. I went here to get golden blondes, browns put back in my hair. I left there not knowing what my hair really looked like because my hair was still wet (so no it wasn’t styled before I left) after it dried I was horrified as iit looked completely grey! A friend said I should call them and ask for refund ( $320) or to fix it. They said they had an opening with another stylist that same day. I went in and I said to the girl my hair naturally pulls golden and that is what I want. I even pointed at another girls hair in the salon saying like that. This girl stopped mixing the color she was making for me, then proceeded saying oh you’ll like this. OMG horrible! It was ash brown and the purplish grey still showed through that the last guy did! I have never worked with an establishment that cancels and reschedules appointments so much. I first tried to get in with Matt. First appointment rescheduled. Second one straight up cancelled and they offered me another stylist-Erika. She did a decent job and so I made another appointment 8 weeks in advance. The week leading up to it I got three calls. Rescheduled twice and when they attempted the third time I passed and told them I would not be back. They didn’t care at all. No apology or effort to save the business. These people do not value anyone’s time but their own. I’m amazed they are still in business. Do not waste your time or money.
