I started with threading and I liked the look but recently moved to chocolate wax and thinner eyebrows OMG ! I had a really bad experience getting my eyebrows done here. After the service, my eyes were stinging badly, and I had multiple cuts under my brows. It’s been three days, and my eyes are still sore, leaving me with a terrible look and discomfort. I’ve honestly never experienced anything like this with any other brow service. I’m wondering how long is going to take to heal.

UPDATE - I reached out to them via email and text message and have not heard back from them. I urge anyone reading this review to not make the mistake I did and get serviced here. Please look at the other review with the same issue. It is a reoccurring issue and I dont want anyone else to be butchered like me and the other lady that left a review. After doing research and reading through the reviews, I decided to get my brows threaded here. Ive been getting my brows done since I was 14, I have never picked up a tweezer to do it by myself. I am left heartbroken by the state of my eyelids, i have so many cuts and it hurts to the touch. I have never happen that to me before. I hope that everyone that is planning to get services here, takes my review into consideration.

Shine was the best ! She was very helpful in picking the set i wanted. While getting my eyelashes done it felt very therapeutic & they came out so pretty !!!! Definitely recommended ladies !! Will be coming back ❤️
