Windy City Nails & Spa

I have been going to Windy City Nails for about 7 years. They go above and beyond for their customers. The salon is always clean, staff are friendly and professional and prices are reasonable. All staff are great but Bruce, Jenny and Kim are my go to! Rarely have I had any problems with my nails, but if I did, they are more than willing to fix any issues I have had, FREE of charge. Highly recommend!!

I am over the moon with Windy City Nail Service! Jenny is my nail tech and is an absolute necessity to my life. I’ve included pictures of her work and I can say it speaks for itself. I love the atmosphere of this spa. It’s warm , welcoming, and very client-oriented. My favorite part is bringing in pictures to choose my next nails and we will work together to find the correct colors. It’s something trivial but I find a lot of joy in it whenever I come to visit. The entire staff is so friendly and are very quick to answer any questions or comments. I have received MANY compliments from clients, friends, and family and I always direct them to Windy City Spa. I've been a loyal fan of Jenny's nail salon for years, and let me tell you, she and her team are a bunch of nail-wizards! 🪄 Great prices, amazing crew, clean spa, and quality work. Tried this place out before a trip for pedicure and wax. I should have known when I had to point out a bunch of missed hair the pedicure would be bad. How embarrassing when two days im my nail polish started coming off. Not 4 days later I have a bunch of chipped nails and two that came clean off. On my vacation Never going again and mad I ever gave them my money
