Win Nails II

Only went here because I received a gift certificate for a pedicure for Christmas and was pleasantly surprised! Kim, owner/nail tech, did my pedicure almost to perfection! She was kind, patient, and made sure I was comfortable. No beverages offered here but to get a quality pedicure...I didn't care. Salon a tad dated and I didn't see them sanitize the foot basin after 1 customer left.

Horrible experience. Refused my services because I wanted to put a glitter coat on my toes. Kim had a very nasty attitude. They refused to wax my eyebrows. I would never go again. I only went because it was nearby. They basically do your nails how they want them done and are not open to trying new ideas and design. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.

I usually come here every 2 weeks to get a fill in. I came here from Chester Nails because they cut me the last time. When I went in today, they were a little busy which I was fine with. After 3 people left, 2 people came in behind me to get their eyebrows done. I was asked to sit and someone would be right with me. Little did I know I was sitting for 40 minutes. I don't think I'll be back. To have a frequent customer sitting for that long just doesn't sit right with me.

My first time here. I had a pedicure done. They did a nice job but a couple hours later my toe on one foot was really sore. The next day, it was red. I had this done last Tuesday. Tomorrow will be one week and my toe is still red, swollen, infected, and painful. Thinking back, I do not recall seeing sterile equipment being unwrapped.

Came in today, I do pedicure. Very good, on time, no wait! Old man in front was funny, he told me only five dollar, but it was not in fact five dollars lol 😂. Boy in the back only work on jewelry, but I wish he was touching my feet and not the old man. Love this place, very good.
