My first time ever getting my nails done and it was a very pleasant experience! My nails look really good and I've been getting lots of compliments. Will definitely come back again. The lady there was really nice and friendly and it was just really relaxing. They also accommodated me since I was a walk in which was also nice!

Not them making you tip them more for a terrible experience!!! So distasteful. I had called to book for a refill & pedicure & asked if they could be done at the same time - if not I could come back for the other service another day. They said they could so I showed up for the appointment & the person doing my hands seemed annoyed to have to do my service while also getting a pedicure. They were rushing through both services & acting like it was an inconvenience to do their job. The woman doing my nails was VERY rough as you can see I left bleeding, not only that all the French tips are jagged & inconsistent with shape & size…it looks like my nails were done at home. I have been going to this nail salon for many years through a few owners. I was very disappointed last week with my visit. My issue was with my manicurist CHASING ME INTO THE PARKING LOT asking for a tip for the massage person. I gave my manicurist an appropriate tip but was displeased with the crappy massage so I did not tip that person. He had asked if I wanted a massage and instead of first doing it for a minute (so that you know how skilled the massage person is) (which they always do!) he just asked if I wanted the10 min massage. I said OK. It was NOT GOOD and it cost $15 for the 10 mins. It was not worthy of a tip. A tip is given for a job well done - NOT just for doing the massage. I have NEVER not tipped for a service. Everyone there was really friendly and regardless of who did my nails, they were very professional and accommodating. Complete luxury, a beautiful space for me My daughter and I went to Wilton Nails in Wilton together and got the best UV Gel peel manicure I've ever had. We were treated very well and felt special. I will definitely go back.
