Wilshire Barber Shop

We just moved to Roswell from DFW. I was worried about finding a barber. Gave Wilshire Barber Shop a try since it’s right down the road from me. Called made an appointment for next day, Dwaiyn cut my hair, when he was done I couldn’t believe how good my hair and beard looked.. I couldn’t stop laughing, he probably thought I was crazy but I was so worried about finding a barber and thought the worst… Go here don’t even question it just call and make an appointment with Dwaiyn. He’s definitely made a new customer for life. 🙏🏻🫡

Took my grandpa there without having an appointment but we got lucky and the barber squeezed him in since he was ahead of schedule but I know next time we will make an appointment for him. He's pleased with his cut and the barber was very friendly. I would highly recommend and will go back again.

Price was fair and service was prompt, but hair cut was uneven and line was crooked. Thought maybe they were off the 1st time so I gave them a second chance. My son and I both got our hair cut. Both of us had such uneven and crooked hair we went to Walmart and bought clippers and just went bauld. There was no recovering from the mess they left us with. Only giving 2 stars because of the friendly atmosphere and prompt service. To bad the cut was horrid.

Do not come here if you are under the age of 65. It is a local shop for elderly people. The barber has 61 years experience as a barber. Mad respect. However, I don’t know if he had cut someone hair who was younger for the past 30 years. I have a bunch of stray hairs hanging all over the place. Terrible cut. Also, they only accept cash. I had to go across the street to Wells Fargo to get the money. I have to go home and touch up my own hair now.

To me a while to find an "old school" barber and this place fits that definition to a tee. They're funny and polite, not in a rush. I've been there a couple times now and really enjoy the experience. Thanks and see you in a few weeks.
