I was in Albany for work and decided I needed to get my beard trimmed and lined up. I found Will’s via google search and decided to try them. It was a great decision, as an out of towner I immediately felt welcomed like a regular local customer when I walked in. Byron gave me a great trim and line up. My only complaint is that I live too far away to come back on the regular.

Ignored. They take walk ins but if you don’t already know the people you’re going to be ignored and regulars will be put ahead of you.
