Willow Yoga and Bodywork

Yesterday I had my 3rd Rapid NFR massage from Willow. She is very nice and knowledgeable. Her skills and techniques are 100% effective. She is amazing with the results I have felt in the relief from most of the constant neck, shoulder and back pain that I have had for the past couple of years. The range of motion that has been restored to those areas has given me a better quality of life and energized me to be more active. I look forward to continuing my treatments with Willow.

I know Willow is well know for her amazing yoga, for running, for her body work in treating athletic people with sports injuries, or helping athletic souls find their best self, but honestly, she is amazing for all of us who live with chronic pain or for old injuries that never quite set right, or things the drs might just write off as “normal for our age and mileage”. Willow was recommended by a dear friend that struggles with chronic pain. However as someone that has never really enjoyed a traditional massage, I was skeptical and kept putting it off. Boy that was a mistake. Willow is pure magic. She has this welcoming presence that makes you feel like you have been friends from childhood.
