Willow Sage Salon

First, I really never give ratings, but I feel no one should have the experiences I’ve had with this salon. I first booked an appointment back in July after seeing a grand opening sign- everything seemed fine until about 30 minutes before the afternoon appointment when I received an automated cancellation text. I called the main number, and after a few back and forth calls I was told the stylist had been experiencing car issues the last few days and now decided it was time to take it into the shop. I was told I could go online to reschedule. I did not at the time given the lack of customer service. Fast forward to this month, January, I decided to try again thinking maybe that was just a one-off bad experience. I had confirmation texts for my 9am appointment today, and long story short end

Phenomenal experience getting my hair done at Willow Sage salon. Absolutely love my stylist Amber Gallegos, I always tell her that she does my hair with a side of therapy. Incredible hairstylist but even better human, who is patient, kind and gives great advice. I’ve been going to her for years and recently visited her at Willow Sage. The salon could not have been more beautiful and calming of a space. Modern, peaceful, and clean! Highly recommend this salon, the vibes were amazing and they have wonderful stylists on their team. Got so many compliments on my hair, Will be going back again soon for sure!

I booked a last minute appointment with Valeria who specializes in long-layer cuts and extensions. I threw her a complete curve ball and asked for her to cut my hair down to a short, short pixie cut. She gave me ample warning that it wasn't her specialty, but I had it in my head that it's what I wanted and encouraged her to give it a go. We had a blast in her chair and I left looking incredible. The cut is exactly what I had in mind. She was attentive, listened and was able to creatively solve problems on the fly. All while I was yapping in her ear about whatever was going on that day. Valeria is such a talent and anyone looking to book with her is in good hands. Thanks so much Willow and Sage!

I had such a wonderful experience at Willow Sage Salon! From start to finish, the customer service and personalized support were incredible. Kylie went above and beyond to make sure I could get an appointment at the exact time I needed, and she welcomed me with such warmth that I instantly felt at ease. The conversations felt so natural and serendipitous—it’s rare to feel that comfortable and cared for during a salon visit. I hadn’t touched my hair in a year, and Kylie worked her magic to give me a beautiful haircut that left me feeling pampered, confident, and truly happy. Kylie has a gift for not just styling hair, but also making her clients feel special and seen. I’m absolutely in love with my haircut and can’t recommend Willow Sage Salon enough!

So I booked online first. My stylist didn’t show up. Then I was told they would make it up by booking me with the 2nd best color stylist they have between both locations. It took 6 1/2 hours for a balayage and cut and she kept dripping on my hair and having to fix it by rubbing with a towel or adding hair dye and I had to tell her how to do a balyage and to fix spots to make them look more like a balyage because there were clearly blotches in my hair. She had to fix it 3 times. Then it ended up orange and yellow. She tried to tell me it’s because my hair wouldn’t take the bleach but this was natural hair I’d grown out. And I’ve bleached my own hair before. My hair ended up not looking anything like what I intended for it to look like, but I’m not going back a 3rd time. I hate to leave a re
