This was the most amazing experience!!! Highly recommend the luxe ❤️ Rebecca is wonderful, skilled, professional, and knowledgeable. The aromatherapy and aesthetic is perf! Plus they use Kevin Murphy. I would actually give it 6/5 stars and can’t wait to get my mom a gift card here.

Super relaxing experience. Ambiance was wonderful! Only thing is I paid extra for a blow out and after I got in the car realized how greasy the back of my hair was, this was extremely disappointing as I was very hopeful to not have to wash and style my hair for a couple of days as all other reviews say your hair feels amazing post treatment. Overall good experience but sad about the blow out and outcome of having such greasy hair post treatment.

I had an amazing experience at Willow Roots! The ambiance itself was relaxing, you can tell they were intentional in creating the space. I worked with Lezlie and she was so sweet. I will definitely be back again and get gift cards for presents from here, what a relaxing experience!

I first discovered the concept of a hair spa during a trip to Thailand, and I absolutely loved the results—smooth, shiny hair that felt amazing. I used to get it done every two weeks while I was there. I was skeptical about trying the same service in the U.S., but decided to give it a shot in Wichita. Unfortunately, I WON'T BE doing it again. I paid over $120 (including an additional hair mask), and honestly, it felt like all I got was a hair wash. My hair didn’t look or feel any different than when I wash it at home. I knew the service didn’t include a blow dry, which was fine going in. But once they finished, I was left with soaking wet hair and told I could either leave like that or dry it myself—because they “didn’t have time” to add a blow-dry since the next client was waiting.
