I saw Kelly for my first ever facial. She was very informative and cared about what was best for my skin type. She explained everything she was using. I felt relaxed and comfortable during my session. I left with a smile on my face, my skin is glowing 🌟 All the staff were welcoming and so kind. Can't wait to go back and try some other amazing services they have to offer.

It is wonderful that we have a business like this in our community, and you don’t have to drive far away to a busy city in order to find services like what they offer. I cannot adequately express how impressed I was with Erin…she made me feel heard, comfortable, and I could tell that she truly cared. After having a rough day I went online and scheduled myself a facial. I got to the Medspa and my appointment was not on their books. They still ended up taking me and Kelly was amazing. It helped me relax and take some stress away. Highly recommend the Willow Medspa!
