Running Rippin Lips guide service LLC, its important to have a nice clean environment for my clients to park and have shelter while I clean their fish. Bolivar Landing provides just that.
I really enjoyed the drive to get here and it is fairly remote. I liked the quiet setting and the nice park. I spotted my first Burr Oak acorns here. I was tickled to see them and recognize them. They are pretty big acorns! The squirrels must love them!
Docks that are easy to fish off of and very easy to access but the surrounding area was littered with trash. Not over-populated with people and definitely an enjoyable place.
Great place to put in a boat, great place for kids to use their little kayaks. Nice covered picnic area.
This is a wonderful place for a family picnic or to spend the day with your pets. My dog loves running here.
