Willow and Waves Salon

I’m always a little hesitant to try a new hair salon because of past experiences I’ve had. From the jump this salon was outstanding! I reached out to see if there was someone that would be a good fit and they responded quickly and answered all my questions and helped me! When I got to my appointment Gretchen was simply amazing! She talked me through everything, made sure I understood what she going to do and everything! She offered tips and tricks as well! I was so comfortable the whole time! The salon was clean, and cozy! I am so pleased with the experience and outcome and I will absolutely be coming back!

By far the best salon! Gretchen is amazingly talented- when she asks what to be done all I have to tell her is to "fix my head" and she works her magic. The atmosphere is so comfortable and the salon impeccably clean. I look forward to seeing her for each appointment as she takes time to get to know her clients and never does anything less than wows you with her craft.
