Willo Aveda Salon - Roseville

I've been sitting here waiting for my 6 pm appointment since 5:50. It is 6:38 now. The front desk customer service is nonexistent. The stylist came out to apologize at 6:18. Maybe because I went up to the counter asking what was going on. Nothing from either of them since. Why didn't they text that they were behind?!?!? I get my hair done at Aveda salons across the country because I travel for work. I don't think I've ever had more than a few-minute wait, anywhere. They close at 8. I hope I can get my hair done tonight and I hope their actual services are better than this. You can't leave because they take your credit card info. (God forbid you are late but it is okay for them to be 40 mins late?!?) Find a salon where they know how to treat their customers.

I felt very unwelcomed. The stylist barely said two words to me. She seemed to have a problem from the moment I walked in. I can't believe I paid $100 for a 5 minute haircut. I've always loved going to Aveda salons in the past and they always did great jobs but not this time. My Mom used to give me the same haircut as this level 7 stylist gave me and she has never had any training.

I needed a fresh start and asked for the best stylist. The same day I saw Monica and wow, she gave me a fabulous cut. My hair just falls I to place now with a quick blow dry. I love it!

Ask for Olivia! She is a pro at blonde highlights and toner. I'm very picky with my hair coloring but she never disappoints. The pricing here is what you would expect for a quality salon in the Roseville area. The results (and confidence boost) are definitely worth the splurge. The receptionists are also more friendly than what is typical of a hair salon. I appreciate how they offer complimentary beverages after check in.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Arlene. She was very attentive, professional, and very sweet. I got the haircut and style exactly how I wanted my hair to be. I highly recommend Arlene for being a great stylist. I will be going back fir future services. Thank you so much Arlene.
