Kaylee at William Wellness is one of the best massage therapists. She really listens to what is needed and I always feel more relaxed when I leave. I have a bit of scar tissue and she is able to break it up so it doesn't feel so balled up.

Her intake process was incredibly thorough, and it was clear she approaches her work with a trauma-informed mindset and deep care for her clients. The office was spotless, calming, and created a safe, soothing atmosphere. I came in experiencing a great deal of physical pain, and by the time I left, I felt like myself again—something I didn’t think was possible in just one session. I get massages regularly, and I can honestly say that Kaylee stands out. Her intuitive, skilled touch and compassionate presence make her truly exceptional.

Kaylee is Professional! She’s timely. She has an in-depth intake form. She is a good communicator. She is empathetic. Her office is well lit with a cozy sitting area. The massage room is nicely darkened with pleasing music. She made the room temperature, bed and me warm enough that I was not cold at the end of the hour. I received some helpful tips for home care. I will be returning!

My massage at William Wellness was outstanding. Kaylee was compassionate, professional and totally put me at ease. Her communication before during and after the massage was exceptional.
