There are many times that this company has gone out of their way to be helpful to me. I own two barber shops in order from them quite a bit. I finally have very good prices. Comparably. The time that I would like to describe is most recently I lost a $15 coupon and it was 100% my fault. I emailed them and within 2 days they had found my coupon and sent it back to me.
