I have been going to Zofia since 2019 and will never go anywhere else (or go back to shaving). I get bikini waxes regularly and an occasional facial. I always feel taken care of and pampered when I leave! She is kind, patient and always puts her clients first. The space is clean, private, and always feels like a warm atmosphere. I've been getting monthly facials from Zofia for the last 4 months and I can't recommend her enough! She is super knowledgeable and gives me lots of tips I can incorporate into my routine between visits without ever being pushy about add ons, and she keeps super detailed notes on how my skin is progressing. My skin always feels clean and relaxed after my facials with her, even after extractions which she's very skilled at. This is definitely my go to spot as long as I live in NYC!
