Wildfire Wellness

I love wildfire yoga, and I absolutely love the new wellness center! As someone who is not only incredibly physically active, but someone with old shoulder injuries and and a physically demanding job, the fire + ice contrast therapy has been huge for me. Also, Sara is an incredible massage therapist! My chiropractor recommended I transition from dry needling to deep tissue massage therapy, and she was great!

What an awesome new Wellness spot. It’s connected to the well established Wildfire Yoga and it’s great for me to get a treatment right after class. I love the fire & ice contrast room with the cold plunge and sauna. It was my first time doing cold plunge and now I have done it 4 times in a week and a half. I’ve used the Red Light as well as the PEMF mat and like those as well.

Wildfire Wellness is AMAZING! They are such an incredible company with so many different options. No matter what you are looking for, Wildfire Wellness has something for everyone. I would recommend Wildfire Wellness to anyone!

The wellness studio is such an inviting and welcoming environment. I felt right at home walking in and everyone is so kind and welcoming. The saunas are super clean and so effective, I absolutely loved the cold plunge and felt so rejuvenate after. Also, the free space to just relax and hang out is so homey and a perfect home away from home.
