Cat is amazing! I am very picky when it comes to who I let touch my hair and she has has hit the bullseye for me every single time! She listens, is genuine amd really gets what you want and makes it happen. I have had her do different styles amd colors and I am always beyond happy with her. i have even recommended her to friends and that is not something I typically do!
