Wild Wild West Pet Grooming

Ok, I’m leaving a 3 because though they do a good job but they seem to never have time for me. I always have to come back even when I stress to make an appointment so they make the time just to get my dogs nails trimmed! We’re a small town and there’s not many options. I’ve chose to go here and finally I am so done! I call to see about availability they tell me to just walk in knowing how they work with me that never is successful so I said “I please need to have an appointment” one because of my own schedule and 2 so I can make sure my dog gets seen at that time! She still stares to come at 8AM when they open. So day of supposed walk in day I called just to make sure the gentleman that does my dogs nails is available he says come in at 11 “ok great!” I go at 11 and of course no surprise,

Mr Shannon and Ms Rita are amazing with our pooch, Bear. They are reasonably priced, care about their clients and their pups, and A Veteran owned business. We love them and Bear loves going to see her pooch friends. If you live in Deming, or just staying for a season, bring your pup to Wild Wild West Grooming. You won't be disappointed! When i brought him in his wife was yelling at dog in a cage( my 1st hint to run)The groomer was real specific about how I wanted him cut....not what I got at all 61/2hrs later He was rude when I called over 5hrs later and asked when to expect him ( I live outside of town) When I got him ,for $55, I got uneven legs ( one longer and choppy, 3 really short) whole body shaved ( asked for back short, belly and legs longer) AND A CHOPPY HEAD CUT And a sweet dog ,never a complaint from a groomer, I was told to DRUG HIM!

I had a great experience with this groomer! They were so sweet and treated my dog with so much care and kindness. My dog looked great and seemed really happy after the appointment. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer in Deming, NM.
