Jake immediately looked at my hair and suggested the perfect style—a chic box bob that flatters my face shape and works beautifully with my natural hair texture. He also knew exactly how to care for grey hair, giving me a much-needed deep conditioning treatment that left my hair soft, shiny, and healthy. From the relaxing shampoo to the precision cut, everything was done in about an hour—efficient, professional, and flawless. This is the greatest salon in Tucson!! Michelle is a colorist extraordinaire and a wonderful human. If you need any of these services this is the place to go. Nancy, Michelle’s assistant has a lovely energy and a pleasure to work with.

I was charged for a full highlight and only got a very partial highlight. I was refunded $20 on a $240 dollar charge. Wouldn’t a refund of half the price been appropriate for a full highlight turned into a partial highlight? I am extremely disappointed as my stylist Jessa did not text or call me back when I requested it with the front office person named Annie. I will be disputing the charges on my credit card. I did not receive the services I was charged for today.

Just found the perfect stylist at Wild Orchids Salon (Kenzie). She was more than amazing with me. Kenzie really took the time to listen to what I wanted and achieved this fantastic color that I absolutely LOVE. Thank you to everyone at Wild Orchids Salon.
