Wil-Power Massage Therapy

I was recommended for this business by a local air bnb owner in Albany. I’m from NC and made the 1 hr appt back in April due to them staying pretty booked up. The nice lady I talked too recommended Tim Adams. In between I was able to change my appt to a 90 min. So today I met the owner whose name is Will and he was very nice and friendly. My massage was very good with good technique. Tim was very friendly and told me a lot of heritage about Albany and we both talked about our lives and families. The 90 mins flew by! I highly recommend this business and highly recommend Tim! If I’m ever in the area I’ll definitely book with him again! Thanks again for an excellent massage!

I visit about once a month. It is kinda pricey, but I've seen an improvement in my pain and flexibility with just a couple of fascia massages with Will Monroe. He got rid of some chest pain that I've had for months in just one session. I recommend being specific about your pain tolerance and what areas you are trying to work on. I think of it as a monthly tune-up. They do run specials every couple of months which help. It is a small building with a small parking lot so GPS can help you from missing the place.

I love this place! It's a total relaxing experience from entering to exiting! The receptionists greets you with the most graceful smile. Will is AMAZING!!!! He treats you like family and gives (THE BEST) massages according to the needs of your body. I love that he's informative and educates you *if needed* on why certain muscles are tight. I was sold after my 1st visit!

Today was the first time in my life ever having a full body massage. Omg it felt amazing. I was so relaxed and when I left my back pain was GONE. Stan was my therapist, he explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely schedule an appointment here for selfcare once a month.
