Change your wig policy! Especially if you can look and see that a customer has not worn the wig, sold me a wig off the mannequin which was no issue but I no longer needed the wig and never took it out of the pack or anything. Stated they don’t exchange wigs because of sanitary reasons, but how does the purchaser know if EVERY customer tried the wig on with a stocking cap?? You can tell me anything just to make a sale, def my last time going here. Not to mention I bought some 28 piece hair from here months ago that had little eggs in one of the packages, do better!

I’ve spent well over $400 at this location. Nice quick store for quick finds but if your black be aware they might follow you through the store thinking your going to steal.I come in this store often and it happens all the time.and very over priced on some of the items.I won’t be coming here spending my hard earned money to get treated like a criminal..

This is my new favorite beauty supply store! The employee Jamie was excellent she helped me out so much and got me exactly what I needed! They’ve definitely gained a new customer!

The big asian lady is always rude. And why are yall closed at 6pm on a random thursday? Always a issue with this store

We went there today to get a wig for my grandmother with cancer, they were amazing. The lady that works there was so kind and helpful, she listened intently to what we wanted and found exactly what my grandmother wanted. She loved it so much she wore it out of the store.
